October Fitness Month Challenges

Starting tomorrow in October Koornong Maarr (Youth Group) and Worthi Kareeta (Aboriginal Men's Group) are working with Folima's Fitness and Boxing each week for their fitness month.

Both groups will be attending every Tuesday and Thursday Koorong Maarr at 4pm while Worhti Kareeta will attend shortly after from 5:15pm.
